Why did you decide to enter in the recruitment industry? |
As a young professional, I had a keen interest in employment law which led me to pursue HR studies in university. However, it was my conversations with industry peers that piqued my curiosity about the recruitment sector. The idea of cultivating meaningful relationships with stakeholders, constantly facing new challenges, and achieving professional milestones was too irresistible to ignore. |

What was it about healthcare that appealed to you? |
My fascination with healthcare stems from my desire to stay abreast of the latest medical innovations and drug developments. If I can contribute in any way to the healthcare industry's growth and make a positive impact in someone's life, I am completely committed to doing so. |

Tell us about your most memorable role placement. What were the challenges and achievements? |
Recruiting for the customer service team responsible for the COVID-19 vaccine rollout in Australia during the pandemic will always be a high point in my career. Being able to contribute to the delivery of life-saving vaccinations to our communities during this critical time was a significant accomplishment and a humbling experience. |
What education background do you have that helps you with your current job? |
My experience working in internal recruitment, tele sales, and biotechnology drug safety has equipped me with the necessary skills to succeed in the recruitment industry. My ability to quickly build rapport over the phone, a strong work ethic, and a client-focused approach are all qualities that are essential to excel in the recruitment field. |
