Due to patient demand, a GP owned and operated practice in Sydney's south-west have a need for a Doctor, with an immediate start available. Due to the location, the centre sees a high level of foot-traffic and walk-in patients. Currently up to 60 walk-in patients are turned away each day.

The clinic:

• Owned and operated by two General Practitioners

• Bulk billing structure - private fee for procedural work

• Located within a busy shopping complex - ample parking and foot-traffic from early until late

• 70% of billings - guaranteed rate discussed with practice owners
